Sam Black is the Executive Director of Grounded Roots Wellness Inc. in Niagara Falls, Ontario.  Sam is a Master Coach, Trainer, Psychic Medium and Speaker.  She has a passion for helping others find the gems inside and bring their dreams to life!  With a background in Social Work and Education, Sam has helped hundreds of people find peace, insight and healing on their journey!  

Tara Teal is a spiritual growth catalyst;  she has a passion to help others, and wanted to be able to offer and give back what she has learned, in all areas of life mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.  Tara even in childhood felt an internal desire to understand or find out what life was really all about, and she had an inner knowing that there was more. Along her journey, Tara is the owner of Thrive Mind Body and Soul and shares a variety of services and techniques to help her clients find long lasting change and happiness.  With a background in Homeopathy, meditation, coaching and more, Tara is a wonderful resource to others!
