Nordic Pole WalkingNordic Pole Walking offers an aerobic workout, that supports your back and neck, while having low impact on joints such as knees and hips!

This is a fantastic option for those who struggle with increased weight or pain issues.  In addition to offering support, this activity can be done at the client's pace and offers a fun, interactive and social get together!

Join Chris for morning or evening classes to learn how to best optimize your walk, have support and make new friends!

If you do not have your own poles, or would like to "try before investing", Chris will have a couple of pairs of "loaner" poles for each walk. Please reserve in advance!

Nordic Pole Walking Classes

30 Minute Beginner Classes

Times: Mon, Wed & Fri Mornings from 8:00 am - 8:30 am
